Not yet. During the Alpha, The-Y CRM runs on a development server; the built-in phone system (IVR, queues, voicemail, click-to-call) needs a production environment with its own SIP line and therefore arrives in the Beta, when we move to the cloud server. All other modules — inbox, CRM, appointments, marketing and more — are fully usable in the Alpha.
Self-hosting on your own server is planned and arrives in the Beta phase — with the same feature set and a license. During the Alpha everything runs hosted on crm.the-y.at.
During the Alpha, on a server in the EU (GDPR-aligned). External services you connect yourself (e.g. WhatsApp, email, SMS, AI) process data under their own terms. Self-hosting is possible from the Beta.
Yes. The Free version doesn't tie you down — you can delete your account yourself anytime. You cancel the Founder subscription (€10.00/month) yourself in the secure customer portal (enter your email) or via the "Manage & cancel subscription" button in the app; if you need help, email office@the-y.at. Cancelling stops any further payment. Your once-secured Founder price stays reserved for you forever — you can come back later at the same price. On request, we delete your account and data completely.
