Yes. The built-in phone system (IVR, queues, voicemail, click-to-call, analytics) is available to everyone — up to 200 call minutes/month on Free, unlimited on Paid. For outbound external calls you connect your own SIP line (we guide you through the setup).

During the Alpha, on a server in the EU (GDPR-aligned). External services you connect yourself (e.g. WhatsApp, email, SMS, AI) process data under their own terms. Self-hosting is available right away (full data control).
Yes. The Free version doesn't tie you down — you can delete your account yourself anytime. You cancel the Founder subscription (€10.00/month) yourself in the secure customer portal (enter your email) or via the "Manage & cancel subscription" button in the app; if you need help, email office@the-y.at. Cancelling stops any further payment. Your once-secured Founder price stays reserved for you forever — you can come back later at the same price. On request, we delete your account and data completely.
