Yes. The built-in phone system (IVR, queues, voicemail, click-to-call, analytics) is available to everyone — up to 200 call minutes/month on Free, unlimited on Paid. For outbound external calls you connect your own SIP line (we guide you through the setup).
Yes, right away, with Docker on your own server — in two ways: free with a free key (after signing up, under Settings → License; same limits as Free, no support) or without limits with the Paid/Founder purchase (license key + guide). Yes. At crm.the-y.at/demo your own test environment with sample data starts right away. You are the admin and may create, change and delete anything; emails, WhatsApp, SMS, calls and posts are only simulated. After 24 hours everything is deleted and not carried over when you sign up. Yes, as an installable web app for Android and iPhone: its own icon on the home screen, no browser bar, with a bottom navigation bar, chat view and softphone. No. The-Y CRM creates records and overviews: invoices, payments, receipts, income & expenses, a VAT preview and a monthly package for your tax advisor (ZIP, DATEV, BMD). It is not tax advice and submits nothing to the tax office. You are responsible for your records and returns. Finance guide →
During the Alpha, on a server in the EU (GDPR-aligned). External services you connect yourself (e.g. WhatsApp, email, SMS, AI) process data under their own terms. Self-hosting is available right away (full data control).
Yes. The Free version doesn't tie you down — you can delete your account yourself anytime (first you download a full export of your invoices and receipts — you have to keep those). You cancel the Founder subscription (€10.00/month) yourself in the secure customer portal (enter your email) or via the "Manage & cancel subscription" button in the app; if you need help, email office@the-y.at. Cancelling stops any further payment. Your once-secured Founder price stays reserved for you forever — you can come back later at the same price. On request, we delete your account and data completely.
